  1. The manual is design for 8 1/2 by 11 inch paper.  It will print best at 10 
  2. characters per inch horizonally and at 6 lines per inch vertically.  You 
  3. should initially position your paper so that the top of form is 1 inch down 
  4. from the actual top of the paper.

  7. To print the manual 
  8.      1.  Be sure the file PCTMK.DOC is present on your default disk drive.
  9.      2.  Be sure the printer is turned on.
  10.      3.  Set the default pitch to 10 characters per inch and the line 
  11.          spacing to 6 lines per inch.  
  12.      4.  Align the top of page.
  13.      5.  Enter the following command at the DOS command line:
